Timber Loft

This is a secluded castle in the trees with two living spaces and a loft. There is enough room for every family to spread out. The lower level houses a large recreation room with a queen sofa sleeper and twin bed, bedroom with bunk beds and a full bath.

The main level has a full gourmet kitchen with ample eating space using both the dinner table (4) and breakfast bar (4). There is a long, narrow deck for barbequing and viewing the elk in the front yard.  The living room has a leather loveseat and matching chair with a 2 story river rock gas log fireplace and wood ceiling.

The upper level has an open loft with another queen sofa sleeper, the second bedroom with queen bed, private balcony and adjoining ¾ bath. Also, in the upper level is the master bedroom with sitting area and a wonderful master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. This home has a full laundry room with another ½ bath and can house two cars in the garage.  Additional guest parking is available in the designated areas on a first come first served basis.

Unit Amenities:

This unit has WIFI internet access, cable TV with a television in both of the living rooms as well as the loft, master bedroom and queen bedroom, along with DVD player.  This unit is also equipped with a portable crib and gas grill.

No smoking and no pets please.

Rates:

Rate includes 7 guests, unit can sleep up to 11.

There is a $10, per person, per night charge beyond the 7 guests.  We do not include infants sleeping in portable cribs in our guest count. 

All stays less than 4 nights will incur a $85 cleaning fee.

There is a 4 night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend,

But we try to fill in all the holes so please ask about shorter stays.

Payment information:

All credit card payments will incur a 3% fee.

A 1/2 down deposit is the only way we can hold your reservation. Deposits can be made by visa/mc, check or money order made payable
to Mountainview Vacation Rentals; checks must be received within 10 days of making your reservation.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrive if paying by check or money order.  Your credit card on file is automatically charged the
balance due between 1 and 5 days prior to arrival if not previously made by check or money order and will incur the 3% credit card fees.
