Elk Run

This luxurious townhome awaits someone who wants to be pampered. The master bedroom houses a wonderful 5 piece master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, a gorgeous two-sided river rock fireplace and your own sitting area and private deck. This luxurious townhome has room to sleep 9 with the use of the new sleeper sofa, and area to sit 10 for dinner with the use of the breakfast bar. This home is secluded with gorgeous, Continental Divide views through the trees.

Elk Run has private parking for two in the two car garage.  Additional guest parking is available in the designated areas on a first come first served basis.

Unit Amenities:

This unit has WIFI internet access , Direct TV Satellite in the main living room, master bedroom and recreation room with a DVD/VCR.  This unit is also equipped with a portable crib and gas grill.

No smoking and no pets please.

Rates:

Rate includes 7 guests, unit can sleep up to 9.

There is a $10, per person, per night charge beyond the 7 guests.  We do not include infants sleeping in portable cribs in our guest count. 

All stays less than 4 nights will incur a $85 cleaning fee.

There is a 4 night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend,

But we try to fill in all the holes so please ask about shorter stays.

Payment information:

All credit card payments will incur a 3% fee.

A 1/2 down deposit is the only way we can hold your reservation. Deposits can be made by visa/mc, check or money order made payable
to Mountainview Vacation Rentals; checks must be received within 10 days of making your reservation.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrive if paying by check or money order.  Your credit card on file is automatically charged the
balance due between 1 and 5 days prior to arrival if not previously made by check or money order and will incur the 3% credit card fees.
