The Château

This well-appointed, single standing town home (completed in 2008) is within walking distance to downtown, yet it is in a quiet and secluded residential neighborhood. The main level has huge views out of the two story window wall, a two story river rock, gas log fireplace and a gourmet kitchen with gas cook top.  The spacious dining area has a bar height table with 6 stools and there is a large breakfast bar with an additional 4 barstools.  The open great room has an extra large deck off the front of the house for barbequing and elk viewing.  The master suite with sitting area has a private entrance to the front deck.  The slate-tiled entry, laundry room and half bath complete the main level.

The second level has a large loft living room with tv and bar, a second master suite with an additional couch that will pull out to a convertible double bed, a queen bedroom with attached jack and jill bath, (with huge soaker tub/shower combo) which connects to the 4th bedroom. There is plenty of space and sleeping areas for one large family or two smaller ones. With beautifully appointed furnishings, this can be your home away from home.

There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the pad directly behind the garage.  Additional guest parking is available in the designated areas on a first come first served basis.

Unit Amenities:

This unit has high speed WIFI internet access, Direct TV Satellite in the main living room (with big screen TV), loft living room and all bedrooms along with various DVD players.  This unit is also equipped with a portable crib and gas grill.

Rates:

Rate includes 8 guests, unit can sleep up to 12

There is a $10, per person, per night charge beyond the 8 guests.  We do not include infants sleeping in portable cribs in our guest count. 

All stays less than 4 nights will incur a $85 cleaning fee.

There is a 4 night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend,

But we try to fill in all the holes so please ask about shorter stays.

Payment information:

All credit card payments will incur a 3% fee.

A 1/2 down deposit is the only way we can hold your reservation. Deposits can be made by visa/mc, check or money order made payable
to Mountainview Vacation Rentals; checks must be received within 10 days of making your reservation.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrive if paying by check or money order.  Your credit card on file is automatically charged the
balance due between 1 and 5 days prior to arrival if not previously made by check or money order and will incur the 3% credit card fees.
