Acacia Lodge

This is a gorgeous, brand new home with a living room on the main level as well as upper level. With 2 master bedrooms this is a perfect place to bring the whole family. The main level has a full gourmet kitchen with ample eating space using the large center island, which is open to the living room with their large windows, and a two story, double sided river rock gas log fireplace.

The upper level has an open loft with office area, a living room with a queen size sofa sleeper, an additional master bedroom with a king bed and private ¾ bath, as well as the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a twin. There is also an addition full size bathroom upstairs. Both masters as well as both living rooms have televisions with satellite cable, as well as DVD players in the living room. The unit has a full size washer and dryer and a 2 car garage.  There is room for 2 additional cars in the driveway.

Unit Amenities:

This unit has WIFI internet access, Direct TV Satellite in the main living room on the 42” flat screen, loft living room and both master suites, along with various DVD players.  This unit is also equipped with a portable crib and gas grill.

No smoking and no pets please.

Rates:

Rate includes 7 guests, unit can sleep up to 10.

There is a $10, per person, per night charge beyond the 7 guests.  We do not include infants sleeping in portable cribs in our guest count. 

All stays less than 4 nights will incur a $85 cleaning fee.

There is a 4 night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend,

But we try to fill in all the holes so please ask about shorter stays.

Payment information:

All credit card payments will incur a 3% fee.

A 1/2 down deposit is the only way we can hold your reservation. Deposits can be made by visa/mc, check or money order made payable
to Mountainview Vacation Rentals; checks must be received within 10 days of making your reservation.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrive if paying by check or money order.  Your credit card on file is automatically charged the
balance due between 1 and 5 days prior to arrival if not previously made by check or money order and will incur the 3% credit card fees.
