Mountain Castle

This beautiful 1550 square foot vacation townhome is within walking distance to downtown Estes Park and just minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is a regular stomping ground for elk and deer. There is a spectacular view out every window, including Long's Peak and the Mummy Range. This quiet 2-story natural log condo features a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, gas log fireplace and a private double car garage.

The main level has a master bedroom with private bath and private entrance from the patio.  There is an additional guest bedroom and ¾ guest bathroom, full kitchen and dining area.

The upper level has a loft with futon sofa sleeper, which overlooks the great room with spectacular views out of the 2-story window wall.  Also upstairs is the third bedroom with private ½ bath.  The condo sleeps 7 adults comfortably.

Unit Amenities:

This unit has high speed  internet access (hardwired), cable TV in the main  living room (with DVD player), master bedroom and loft.  This unit is also equipped with a portable crib and gas grill.  Mountain Castle will accept 1 dog with our pet deposit.   Please read our Policy page regarding pets.

Rates:

Rate includes 6 guests, unit can sleep up to 8.

There is a $10, per person, per night charge beyond the 6 guests.  We do not include infants sleeping in portable cribs in our guest count. 

All stays less than 4 nights will incur a $85 cleaning fee.

There is a 4 night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend,

But we try to fill in all the holes so please ask about shorter stays.

Payment information:

All credit card payments will incur a 3% fee.

A 1/2 down deposit is the only way we can hold your reservation. Deposits can be made by visa/mc, check or money order made payable
to Mountainview Vacation Rentals; checks must be received within 10 days of making your reservation.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrive if paying by check or money order.  Your credit card on file is automatically charged the
balance due between 1 and 5 days prior to arrival if not previously made by check or money order and will incur the 3% credit card fees.
