The Sand Trap Lodge

This is a brand new, luxury end unit townhome on the 18 hole golf course.  The main level consists of a beautiful dining area with breakfast bar, large kitchen that is open to the spacious living room with its gas log fireplace and gorgeous views out the 2 story window wall.  The living room also has 42” flat screen TV with DVD player.  Your private deck overlooks the 5th Fairway and mountain range.

Also on the main level is the master bedroom suite with flat screen TV, private entrance from the deck, and large 5 piece master bath which has a double headed shower and Jacuzzi tub as well as his and her sinks.    

The two additional bedrooms upstairs each have a queen size beds, also with new Sealy mattresses and share a full bath.  The loft area houses an additional pullout sofa (converts to a double bed), convertible chair (converts to a twin), TV and office space.  There is parking for 2 cars in the garage.

Unit Amenities:

This unit has WIFI internet access, Direct TV Satellite in the main living room on the 42” flat screen, loft living room and master suite, along with various dvd players.  This unit is also equipped with a portable crib and gas grill.

No smoking and no pets please.

Rates:

Rate includes 6 guests, unit can sleep up to 11.

There is a $10, per person, per night charge beyond the 6 guests.  We do not include infants sleeping in portable cribs in our guest count. 

All stays less than 4 nights will incur a $85 cleaning fee.

There is a 4 night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend,

But we try to fill in all the holes so please ask about shorter stays.

Payment information:

All credit card payments will incur a 3% fee.

A 1/2 down deposit is the only way we can hold your reservation. Deposits can be made by visa/mc, check or money order made payable
to Mountainview Vacation Rentals; checks must be received within 10 days of making your reservation.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrive if paying by check or money order.  Your credit card on file is automatically charged the
balance due between 1 and 5 days prior to arrival if not previously made by check or money order and will incur the 3% credit card fees.
